1. Introduction

To register and use the ut999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Creating an account when you do not meet these criteria is a material breach of these T&C and may result in the permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ut999. Duplicate accounts are a serious breach of these T&C. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or name — all duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. To register, you must provide a valid mobile number or email address, choose a secure password, and agree to these T&C.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted under your account — including wagers, deposits, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notify ut999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We cannot be held liable for losses incurred before notification.

ut999 does not charge fees for standard deposits. For withdrawals, a nominal processing fee may apply depending on the payment method selected. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown before you confirm the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ut999 offers a range of promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, and by claiming any bonus you confirm your acceptance of these terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly without meeting rollover, or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by opening additional accounts — will be treated as fraud.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the ut999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, live casino event, or sports betting market.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of minors, or knowingly permitting a person under 21 to access or use your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ut999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
