Responsible Gaming

Play smart, stay in control. ut999 is committed to a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for every player in Bangladesh.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At ut999, we believe that gaming should always be a source of fun — never a source of stress or financial hardship. We take our responsibility to our players seriously, providing a range of tools and resources to help every member in Bangladesh stay in full control of their gaming activity.

Important: Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and never try to chase losses. If you feel gambling is affecting your daily life, please use our support tools or contact our team immediately.

ut999 is Bangladesh's trusted online gaming platform, and with that trust comes a genuine duty of care. We are committed to operating in a transparent and player-first manner, ensuring that every member who visits us — from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, or anywhere across Bangladesh — has access to the protective tools they need. Our platform is SSL-encrypted, fair-play certified, and designed with player wellbeing at its core.

We actively encourage all players to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and treat gaming as part of a balanced lifestyle. Our account management dashboard gives you full visibility into your gaming history, spending patterns, and session durations so you can make informed decisions at every step.

How to Use Our Tools

Activating your responsible gaming tools is simple and takes less than a minute. Here is how each tool works and when to use it.

💳

Deposit Limit Setup

Log into your ut999 account, go to Account Settings, select Deposit Limits and choose a daily, weekly or monthly cap in BDT. The limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period to protect you.

🌙

Time-Out Activation

Under Account Settings, select Time-Out and choose a break duration from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a time-out your account remains intact but all wagering is paused. You may still withdraw any available balance during this period.

🔕

Self-Exclusion Request

For a longer break, contact our support team via email and request a self-exclusion period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanent closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period ends.

📋

Session Time Reminders

Enable session reminders in your account preferences to receive an on-screen alert after 30, 60 or 90 minutes of continuous play. This helps you stay aware of how long you have been playing without disrupting your session.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Gambling problems can develop gradually and are not always easy to spot. If you recognise any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, it may be time to seek help.

1
Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned or can afford.
2
Borrowing money, selling possessions, or using household funds to gamble.
3
Feeling irritable, anxious or restless when not gambling or when trying to cut back.
4
Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money that was lost.
5
Neglecting work, studies, family, or personal responsibilities due to gambling activity.
6
Feeling guilt, shame or secrecy about gambling habits or the amount spent.

Recognising these signs early is the first step toward regaining control. At ut999, there is no judgement — only support. Please reach out to our team, use one of the self-management tools in your account, or speak to a trusted friend or family member. Help is always available.
